Each residential unit at Bold L&H lofts offers an open loft layout,
leveraging the strength and appeal of the nearly century-old building.
These are true industrial lofts with all of the modern amenities for
today’s living. The units are large, airy, and open with new lighting,
exposed brick, HUGE industrial-style NEW windows (each window opening
measures 7' x 15' with many units containing multiple openings), NEW
