Bold L&H Lofts is being developed by a joint venture of Bold Development, LLC.
and LK Growth, LLC. Bold Development and LK Growth are both Chicago-based real
estate companies that solely focus on adaptive reuse projects and on the preservation
of historically significant structures. The companies have developed numerous
high-quality condominium and rental residences, and enticing commercial/retail
environments. Bold L&H Lofts has been design to be both "Green and Sustainable"
and will achieve LEED Silver Certification upon it's completion.
Our development team brings more than 60 years of
real estate experience to the table and our partners and advisory
board members have been involved in virtually every aspect of real
estate, including development, architecture, lending, and marketing.
Our success has been built on the foundation of providing our customers
