Bold L&H Lofts is being developed by a joint venture of Bold Development, LLC. and LK Growth, LLC. Bold Development and LK Growth are both Chicago-based real estate companies that solely focus on adaptive reuse projects and on the preservation of historically significant structures. The companies have developed numerous high-quality condominium and rental residences, and enticing commercial/retail environments. Bold L&H Lofts has been design to be both "Green and Sustainable" and will achieve LEED Silver Certification upon it's completion.

Our development team brings more than 60 years of real estate experience to the table and our partners and advisory board members have been involved in virtually every aspect of real estate, including development, architecture, lending, and marketing.   • 1822-52 S. Bishop Street - Bishop Street Lofts - a 20-unit gut rehab heavy-timber loft commercial and residential rental development with 30 parking spaces and 12,500 square feet of retail space in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood
  • 4715-17 N. Malden - The Malden - a 29-unit condominium conversion project located in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood
  • 215 West Ohio Street - Bold Gallery Lofts - a 50,201 square foot heavy-timber loft office building in Chicago's River North neighborhood
  • 461 West Melrose Street - a 1920's brick 3-flat in East Lakeview, completely redesigned as a 5,500 square foot, ultra-luxury, single family home with elevator
  • 3174-3180 North Broadway / 605 - 611 West Belmont - The Belway - a 19-unit residential and commercial mixed-use property, located at the Southwest corner of Broadway and Belmont in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood
  • 1733 N. North Park Avenue - A historically significant, Landmark property that was converted from a 6-unit building into the highest priced single family home sold in the Old Town Historic Triangle neighborhood in 2007.
  • 6612 - 6622 N. Ashland - An adaptive reuse project in the West Rogers Park neighborhood which created 26 state-of-the-art condominiums and duplexes.
  • 4335 W. Irving Park Road - An adaptive reuse project in the Old Irving Park neighborhood which created 24 condominiums and 5,000 square feet of commercial space.
